Dry fruit rolls


Welcome back to my healthy cooking series😊
Today I was in hurry and has no much time for snack to pack for lunch and was thinking for quick and easy recipie that should be done in minutes and the result is awesome!!!

Ingredients I used

Cashew nuts - 10
Badam - 10
Elachi pods - 3
Sugar - 2tbs
Ghee - 2tbs
Chapathi dough - big lemon sized

Method

Firstly in a blender add cashew , badam , elachi and sugar


Now blend everything to coarse powder

Now roll out chapati dough to thin chapati 

Place the rolled chapati on a hot tawa and fry both the sides adding ghee

Transfer fried chapati in to a plate

Now spread the prepared dry fruit powder all over the chapati 

Now add ghee on the top of dry fruit spread

Now roll the chapati inwards

After rolling cut into small pieces with the knife 

Now done with your healthy school snack
Pack with lunch and it's highly nutritious
