Peanut oats ladoo


Oats peanut ladoo
Ingredients I used
Peanuts - 1cup
Oats - 1cup
Jaggery broken - 1cup
Ghee - 3tbs
Elachi - 6 to 7pods


Peanutsare an excellent plant-based source of protein, and are high in various vitamins, minerals and plant compounds. They can be useful as a part of a weight loss diet, and may reduce the risk of both heart disease and gallstones. And oats are 
 Rich in Antioxidants, Including Avenanthramides. Oats Contain a Powerful Soluble Fiber Called Beta-Glucan. They Can Lower Cholesterol Levels and Protect LDL Cholesterol From Damage. Oats Can Improve Blood Sugar Control.


















Note - oats fry quickly so be careful while 
             Frying
             U can also add dry fruits while 
              Rolling ladoo
