Veg maggi

People says maggi is not good for health because it is made from Maida . Maida is highly polished and don't have any barn so due to lack of fiber it's hard to digest ,so i made it healthy , tasty and nutritious by adding more vegetables to it . Now it is happy to digest and you and your children can cook and enjoy this way

Ingredients I used

Cooked maggi - 1pac( it has 2 pieces)
Chopped veggies - 3carrots(small)
                                   1 onion
                                    1 capsicum
Garlic - 5pods
Maggi Masala - given in Pac
Oil - 2tbs
Salt - according to taste

Keep flame on medium and add oil , when oil gets heated add all your chopped veggies and chopped garlic. Now add little salt .cover and cook till veggies are cooked


Now add cooked maggi and Mix everything with fork
 Now add maggi Masala given in packet to mixed noodles
Mix Masala and noodles till every thing is mixed well

Done with your healthy version of maggi noodles

Note : u can even add egg to this noodles 
I added another extra Pac of 
Masala e magic to noodle for
Extra taste
