Simple and easy snack for healthy weight loss , nice right. This recipie didn't take much time too😘
I used lot of veggies and paneer for making tikkas . The veggies I used are rich in vitamin ,minerals and fiber which helps in weight loss , now paneer is rich in calcium and protein I think this is a great snack idea and lastly one good thing I did not use oil🤗
Ingredients I used
Chopped veggies
Carrots - 2
Beet root - 1
Capsicus - 2
Paneer - 150 cms
Curd - 1cup
Salt - according to taste
Red chilli powder- according to taste
Garam Masala - 1 1/2 tbs
Ginger garlic paste - 1tbs
Skewers
Method
Firstly I cubed paneer and all veggies. Now boil cubed carrots and beetroot , keep a side
Now Take curd in a wide bowl , now add all Masala powders , salt and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and to this add veggies and paneer and let marination sit in fridge for 2hours
After 2 hours take out of the fridge and now insert marinated paneer and veggies into skewers
Keep flame on simmer place grill on the flame(if u don't have grill u can fry on a pan adding little oil
Now place skewers on grill
Turn skewers on all sides (be carefull your skewer may burn)
Fry on all sides till veggies turn brown and well cooked
Place remaining skewers on grill and fry on flame till cooked
Done , transfer in to a plate and serve hot
